Tour Management
On-the-road tour management and advancing. We handle every logistical detail so artists can focus entirely on delivering extraordinary live experiences.
- On-ground tour management — $650 / day
- Travel days and days off — $350 / day
- Per diem — $60 / day
- Full production and show advance — $250 / show
- Show advance and logistics — $200 / show
- Tour app setup and management (Master Tour, Loadin) — $50 / hr
All rates AUD, ex GST. Flights, accommodation and local transfers provided by the Artist.

Promoter Rep Services
A complete promoter rep service from initial tour planning and budgeting through to delivery and reporting. Services can be selected individually or packaged for a complete tour or one-off event.
- Tour routing, planning and venue holds
- Venue confirmation and ticket builds
- PA, lighting, staging and crew booking
- Rehearsals, flights, accommodation and ground transport
- Marketing assets, pre-sale and on-sale campaigns
- Draft budgets, cash flow and on-road financial management
- Venue and merch settlements
- International touring — US visas, UK ETAs, EU ETIAS
- Post-tour reporting, review and consultation
